You don’t need to include any health information. Your BeSummer version and phone model are enough.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist about your dose, side effects or how to use your pen. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Deleting BeSummer doesn’t cancel your subscription. On iPhone go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android go to Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period.
If you’re in your free trial, cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged.
My subscription doesn’t show on my new phone.
In BeSummer, tap Settings › Subscription › Restore purchases. You need to be signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
I got a new phone. Will my records come back?
Your records stay only on your phone. If you set up your new phone from your old phone’s backup (iCloud or computer backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android), your records come back too.
System backups don’t move between iPhone and Android. Before switching, save your dose history as a PDF in Settings › Records › PDF for your doctor.
I’m not getting reminders.
In BeSummer, check Settings › Dose › Reminder. If it says “Notifications off”, allow notifications for BeSummer in your phone’s settings. Focus or Do Not Disturb modes can also delay notifications.
Don’t rely only on the reminder to keep track of your dose.
How do I fix a wrong record?
Tap the record in Chapters. You can change the date, site, pen or dose, or delete the record. For a past dose you forgot to log, tap Add on the “No record” row.
How do I create a PDF for my doctor?
Settings › Records › PDF for your doctor. Choose a range, add your name if you like, and tap Create PDF. The PDF is made on your phone and isn’t sent to us.
How do I turn off usage data?
Settings › Privacy › Usage data. To have data already sent deleted, copy your install ID from the same place before turning it off and email it to us.
How do I delete all my data?
Settings › Data › Delete all my data. Your records and settings are permanently deleted from your phone. Cancel your subscription separately in the store.
